Graceful & Strong Bootcamp
I don’t know about you, but right now, I need some grace and strength! The world has been so crazy lately and I have been trying to remember to give myself grace in this season, but also to lean on the strength that I know I have. So in honor of the two sentiments, I decided to create a hybrid calendar and a hybrid group! Featuring a combination of Barre & Functional Training.

Barre Blend, with super trainer Elise, will tap into your inner grace. She will challenge you and focus on your mental strength! As well as tighten and tone all those challenging areas.
THE PREP, with basketball trainer Amolia - known for his toughness! - will push you out of your comfort zone and show you just how strong you are!
The combination of the 2 is going to be amazing!
Program Details:
✨ 5 Weeks of Workouts
✨ Combination of Barre and Functional Training
✨Workout length: about 30 - 40 minutes
✨ Equipment needed: A sturdy chair or surface to use as a barre, dumbbells, loops encouraged, sliders or paper plates
This group is going to focus on exactly what we need right now: strength and grace!
