BODi BLOCKS:


Simple, sustainable, and the most effective way to reach your goals. A BODi Block is a series of workouts, curated into a 3-week program and set to music featuring today’s top hits. New blocks start the first Monday of every month: learn fitness fundamentals in our FOR BEGINNERS ONLY block, get total-body training with our ALL-BODi block, build lean, strong muscle with our IRON block, or ride it out in our BIKE Block.



WHAT IS A BODi BLOCK?

Every block is brand new each month, three weeks, 5 days a week, with workouts ranging from 30-60 minutes in duration; followed by an optional UP Week to recover and reset. All set to popular music so you can work out to today’s greatest hits. Start the first Monday of the month, or choose a day that works for you. Pick from one of 4 all-new blocks each month: All-BODi, Bike, For Beginners Only, and Iron.


Note: You must have a BODi Membership to join any BODi Block.



WHY IT WORKS: Block Periodization

Block periodization is a 4-week “mesocycle” of 3 weeks of progressive exercise (5 workouts a week), followed by 1 week of functional recovery - an Unconditional Progress “UP” Week, featuring 2 bonus workouts. Research shows that using this Block Periodization model not only helps people improve their overall fitness and performance, but also their adherence to exercise - to provide better long-term results without overtraining.



WHEN DO BODi BLOCK'S START?

Our new BODi Blocks launch the first Monday of every month. Up first are the March BODi Blocks and For Beginners Only Super Block - which launch Monday, March 6, only on BODi. You can join now.

BODi BLOCK: All BODi Block

Innovative strength training, cardio, core, and mobility work.

If you’re looking for a workout program that checks all the boxes, you’ve found it. Join your favorite BODi trainers for an innovative mix of strength training, cardio, core work, and mobility drills that help you get in the best shape of your life faster than you expected (but we knew it all along). Presented in the block format that works: 3 weeks, 5 workouts a week for around 30 mins.



BODi BLOCK: Iron

Traditional weight lifting for lean mass and definition.


Traditional weight lifting is paired with cutting-edge split training to help you optimize your muscle-building while dialing up your calorie burn. It’s your one-stop shop for more lean mass and definition, so get your bench and grab your weights—it’s go time. Presented in the block format that works: 3 weeks, 5 workouts a week for around 30 mins.



BODi BLOCK: Bike

Clip in for a fun, high-energy mix of cycling and strength training.

A well-balanced mix of cycling and strength training that’s big on results. Each week you’ll encounter a variety of rides—from rolling hills and steep climbs to interval and endurance sessions—as well as targeted weightlifting that will make you stronger on and off the bike. If you enjoy cycling but also want overall tone and strength, this hybrid plan is for you.

Presented in the block format that works: 3 weeks, 5 workouts a week for around 30 mins.



WHAT IS A SUPERBLOCK?

A Super Block is a reinvention of your favorite programs from the Beachbody On Demand library—led by that program’s Super Trainer - in our BODi Block format. And your first Super Block is free with your upgrade! Workout now with Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese in her Free Super Block: Healthy Obsession. Inspired by her mega hit fitness program 80 Day Obsession, Autumn guides you through 15 all-new one hour workouts, over the course of 3 weeks.



HOW TO GET ACCESS TO SUPERBLOCKS?

There are a few ways to get FREE access to a Super Block:

•You get access to TWO free Super Blocks, current and following month’s Super Blocks, if you purchase one of the following:
