Well, we have all new BODi Blocks coming in April as well as a new SUPER BLOCK...

THE 21 DAY FIX SUPER BLOCK



If you’re a fan of Autumn’s 21 Day Fix programs, you’re going to love what she has in store for you now. And if you’re new to Autumn’s workouts, get ready to have a blast. She’s dialed-in the right combo of resistance training and cardio, and added her signature motivation and tough love to push you to reach your goals, no matter your fitness level. Paired with her simple approach to eating, she brings out the best in you as you get stronger and gain confidence.



The 21 Day Fix Super Block is 3 weeks, 5 days a week, for 30 minutes per day. The 4th week is your UP “Unconditional Progress” week, with only 2 workouts, and plenty of time to focus on recovery and reset ahead of your next Block. We also encourage you to explore the Mindset tools and content—they’re here to help you strengthen your self-belief and create a life you’re excited to show up for.

The workouts will be similar to the original 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Real Time, but with all new moves. Each week follows the same structure - workouts and moves on the same day, week over week, which allows you to see yourself progress naturally. You’ll grow in confidence and ability, and push harder in the moves, increase weights, and get stronger day by day. There will also be a modifier who you can always follow - whether it’s at the start, or each day, or for specific moves that challenge you. Plus, by pairing with Portion Fix eating plan, you’ll follow Autumn’s simple approach to nutrition, so you get the total-solution and feel your best the whole way through.
