Definitely feels great to see such progress in 10 weeks. It took me 4 years to get to this point and I've tried almost every weigh loss plan out there. I'm at my halfway point, I love how I don't have to go to a gym (I actually have a gym membership that I've been paying on for over a year that I'm not using). I love the variety of each trainer and how you don't have to spend the big bucks to get some of their fitness knowledge.
I have tried 100's of protein/ weight loss shakes and can honestly say I have never liked the taste until my first Shake-O. I also found a way to enjoy my coffee fix without the empty calories of the creamer. It's funny I can't go a day without it. I used to get such hunger pains before and I haven't had one since I started the shakes and overnight I lost my cravings for unhealthy food.
And last but not least...I love this amazing group who motivates, inspires, and pushes me to continue on my healthy lifestyle.
Being a part of Tara's challenge group has provided me with support, accountability, motivation, and amazing friends. It has helped me get to where I am today. I have to thank Tara for not giving up on me to join and start the 21 Day Fix. She has been the best coach, mentor, inspiration, and friend that I could ask for. I have not only lost over 20 pounds, but I feel healthier and happier than ever. I look forward to many more challenge groups with Tara by my side. -Sam
